  6. Add the tomatoes and saute it. Add ginger paste in it..
  7. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar,salt..

  9. Put the rice in the handi. Add the potatoes in it..
  10. Add some water to boil rice,potatoes..
  11. It boils vigorously. Add the masala in it..
  12. Mix well and add the green peas in it..
  13. When the pulse,rice,potatoes, peas are boiled well....turn the gas off..
  14. Add ghee,garam masala powder..
  15. Mix well. Now it is ready to serve..
